everywhere you go it's the same cry

Looks like this'll be my last day in the Birmingham office. Sou says she'll email me when she gets back from China to talk about future projects, but for now?

Time to start snooping around for another venue (and hope OneofUs really does want me to storyboard for them in November).

For the moment, though, I'll be grateful to actually have days off. Sunday. My first day off since I started this gig. Maybe I'll finally feel like I can relax (except not).

In my infinite brilliance, I busted my passenger-side view mirror yesterday when I was backing out of the garage. Fifty bucks gone. Hrrrgh. No more stupid mistakes. No more ridiculous expenses. No more dvd-buying. No more fast food (if I can help it). No more comicsLOL YEAH RIGHT...

I only have about thirteen hundred dollars to my name right now...Seventeen by tomorrow when I get my park check. It's still just too damn small. And I need to beat down that credit card bill. It never seems to go down enough.

And somewhere in there? Money held back for a new Mac. Money held back for New York in October. How am I going to do this. I'll do it, though. 8|
