Fact of my life I must accept: It doesn't matter how cute/hot someone's character is/is intended to be. If I draw them? Their faces become putty and suddenly mold into some pretty damn hideous expressions.


My Dad, just now:

"This is fantastic--football and baseball all day. In my mind I'm scoring touchdowns and your mother's in the front row in a tube top going 'Yaaaay Pooh Bear!' (his nickname) cheering me on. And she's wearing glitter eyeshadow that matches my uniform."

8| what part of the face is it that you think gives you the most trouble in that regard?

I have a tendency to elongate the noses more than normal and the eyes start drifting too much on a straight line when I'm in a 3/4 view.

Also most of the "pretty" people I try to draw are usually either JUST REALLY REALISTIC or JUST REALLY ANIMU and I'm not a middleground so it's usually

Don't succumb to triangles!!!! D: I love that your noses are never just AND THEN HERE IS THE MOUNTAIN...

Maybe go for your normal style, but have the noses be slightly shorter? Since apparently small noses are attractive idk.

LMFAO i just i can't abide. but i theorized the reason why anime characters have their mouths open all the time is because their nasal passages are either insufficient or nonexistant and if they keep their mouths closed too long they'll turn blue like they tend to

Yeah, anime heads are all sorts of fucked up. I do not want to imagine how huge the eyeball is for it to be that tall on the face.
