• The weather was uhhmazing today hey?? I mean, okay, a bit too warm for my liking? But I'll take it. The sun was out, the breeze was strong, I took Belle to the marshes and walked. And walked. And holy crap walked that was a longass trail. SO TIRING. But pleasant.
• Drove back out to Scraft, saw Mr. Mehall, had a pleasant chat with him and Case (she says hello, Chris). Got a name of someone I can talk to (HOPEFULLY IN TIME BEFORE MONDAY??!??) for my article. THIS IS GETTING A LITTLE TOO CLOSE TO THE WIRE I'M STARTING TO STRESS...
• Comics today. Just two. Got more Lantern buttons--Violet, Yellow, Green, Black. So all I need is Indigo and I have another damn set MAN I AM KIND OF OBSESSIVE ABOUT LANTERNSWAG.
• My scapular medal came in, too! No more cloth-weave wearing for me, even if it was nice. I'll avoid being cranky and extra-sticky in the heat during my jerb this way.
• Amagad started Clash of Kings today *smears face on it
• Called Quilla and tried to start makin' le movie plans. WILL PROBABLY BE SATURDAY NOW. Must inform the masses. I will see Kick-Ass dagnabbit.

Booster Gold #31: So ends the crazy Coast City arc of hohum and shut-up-Michelle. And Jurgens' writing run. It's kind of bittersweet! I mean, he invented the character so it was nice to see him get to play out some fun srsbiz stuff and really establishing Booster as a legit superhero, but on the other hand...............Giffen and DeMatteis are gonna be takin' the reins and I am so stoked for this. I'll be getting my fill of drama and srsbiz in my other pulls, LET ME HAVE JOY AND MAGIC IN THIS TITLE, THE LIKES OF WHICH I LOST WHEN BLUE BEETLE WAS CANCELLED. :'|
So anyway yeah. Glad this arc is done. And yeah it was cute that little dinky family love moment. And the dog thing. LMFAO GOD THE DOG THING I WAS LIKE "REALLY SERIOUSLY WAS THIS NECESSARY POOR BOOSTER" but now it's cool.
Rip's blackboard is full of curios, though. I wonder which ones are spoilahs.
