I may be on to something
Jun. 19th, 2006 11:27 pm( Because, I suppose, if I'm to be emo about art, who else is going to be drawn but dear Angstmuffin Trevis? )
So I got to sit in the office for an hour when I got in, cause it started storming. Not bad, yah. Then I went out to the booth, watched Advent Children, and then went through 30 more pieces of paper, STILL not breaking any ground. I seem to be getting angrier and angrier as this continues, but that Trevis thingy might help a little.
I talked to my parents about it, and my Dad told me that it was just that I'm growing, and that the better I get, the harder it'll be to make it to the next level. I guess that's true. He tells me "If it was easy, everyone would draw." And that makes sense, too, but it doesn't mean I can't keep from being all MAD about it, you know? XD It's the 3-year old in me.
Also, there's these guys who come into Willow park a lot to work on the..uh. Steel towers? I don't know what those are, but I let them in free after they sign the sheet or whatever. And the driver's always nosin' on me. "Hey, whatcha' drawin'? Lemme see. Whatcha watchin'? Lemme see. You gotta wear a suit in the pool area? What if I just went in my skivvies?" WHAT. WHY ARE YOU DOING THAT. QUIT ASKING STRANGE QUESTIONS; I AM BUT A LOWLY PARK SERVANT, AND AM NOT HERE TO BE TEASED.
Oh well.
