Another one of those moments
Jul. 8th, 2006 10:11 pmHuh. Well, this is the first family function I've attended where there was a very strong flow of alcohol. I learned a lot of things I didn't ever need to know ever. And you know what? It was fun. Most fun I've had in a looooong time at a family gig. Aunt Cheryl got most definitely sloshed, and will probably be a real pill in the morning. Poor Uncle Don. Oh well! I wonder if she remembers I invited her to see the Odd Couple with me (and possibly Steve, if I can con another theatre trip outta him).
But yeah, I always knew Aunt Dee (it was her 50th birthday, so this was her surprise party; she was indeed surprised) was emotional, but dayum. Four or five Jell-o shots and a couple shots of Southern Comfort and the girl's goin' all Lifetime Channel style. And she says, "This was a blessed year; I even feel closer to God." So what does Aunt Cheryl do? "YEAHHH! WOOO! HALLELUJIAHHH!" XD I swear.
And she's the one who promises to limo it up with me and go out partying on my 21st birthday. Hooooboy. No doubt she'll do it, too. Ah well, she's a riot. And maybe she actually WILL pay for me to come visit her in Arizona. That'd be nice.
So yeah, another month, another family function. And another moment of people teasing me about "maternal instinct" whenever Mikayla/Michaela (still no idea how they spell it) ends up in my lap, chillin' and playin' with my necklaces.
I got Vee's letterrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! :D It's so FUN. All the lil' peopledoodles made me very happy indeed. Specially that deer-in-headlights Louie doodle. Hahaha, good times, good times indeed. Will reply; definitely have all the free time needed for that, with the 6AM-2PM shift tomorrow. Hurr. Also gonna put the final touches on the Orcapackage(tm).
Didn't forget about the photo meme thing; I'll have those photos all uploaded next time. Gotta go across the street and take a shot of the house before that, though. Eventually, eventually!
Lastly, garrwtf why can't I STOP READING D.GRAY-MAN HUH? That and watching Avatar. This is getting kinda retarded. Needs to stop. Will go play more Pokemon instead.
