I have a 'C' feeling about that psych test. Most of the time I was staring at the answers and..just filling in 'D'. Haha. What the shit it's not supposed to be hard; the neuroscience test was hard. This was on sleep. And learning. And growth. And...well, stupid terms. Oh well. I still gotta sign up for some stupid research group things before it gets annoyingly, unbearably, Michigan-ly cold.

The math lab kinda sorta should be open, but it wasn't. Which means I'm goin' wait till later to go back and do work, because I am tired and slightly cranky with school-related things at the moment. Die, psych, die in a fire. Oh, hey, cool, free research credit for a survey. I shall do zat. *clicky*

Aaand. Signed up for a research study about..'Performance Appraisal and Processing Demands'. Sounds like fun I guess?

Jakey's farewell party was on Friday, and it was quite enjoyable. It was nice to see him, and a lot of the ol' gang and just be idiots for a while. I baked brownies, which is the first time I've cooked independantly. And either everyone humored me, or they actually turned out, so hooray. I'm not going to make a habit out of it. Steve said something about "designated brownie baker" before I pushed him.

Thenn, Saturday, I went with Steve to his Gramma's surprise party. He got me Howl's Moving Castle and some chocolate, for the sweetest day thing..that I totally forgot about. Christ. I felt bad about it that he went to the trouble of getting me something. Anywho, the party. They had decorated her house with collages and poems and tons of food, it was cute. Lots of crazy children and crazier adults. I was pushed into the family picture. Kind of sweet. Steve and I disappeared for a while to feed the neighbor's horses, then came back and had some food.
Afterwards, we found out Tim n' Sam went and saw the Prestige (without us. the NERVE.), and we went to Sam's guesthouse to watch the World Series game. Boy it sure stunk up the place; what a shitty first game. Hickey and Phil Johnson and co. showed up for a while (with Batman cake. Amazing Batman cake) and we watched the horrible end of the horrible game, and then I threw the Howl's dvd at Hickey. And it kinda sorta hit him in the face. I totally didn't mean it that way!

In any case, we watched Howl's, and it adequately freaked Hickey the fuck out. He was screaming and raving the whole time. Things like, "WHAT'S WITH THE TURDS WITH HATS? OH GOD THE FATASS HAS LIKE NINE NECKS. WHY IS THE FIRE MAKING ORGASM NOISES? WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS MOVIE ABOUT."
It was funny. Poor guy. Said he wasn't going to sleep the rest of the night, cause Howl's "LSD Room" was messing with his head. Hahaha. Steve had to come over yesterday to watch the movie again so he could actually find out what was going on in it. Then we watched Heroes. Oh, Heroes. Hiro and Ando are Ernie and Bert. And Nikki's gonna whoop some damn ASS. What a fun show; I've never seen Steve get so worked up about a show like that.

Oh, blahblahblah. This is not what you are here for. This, on the other hand )

Hurrrrr. It is damn COLD outside, y'know? I don't wanna go back out and do math. ): I'll do it around noon, I suppose, so I have enough time before drawing class. Midterm review on November 2nd. Wheeee. I hope I have enough crap in me sketchbook. I should be okay. Everything will be fine.
