I've been reading a lot of Crisis on Infinite Earths and absolutely loving it. Cheesy they may be, those little narration boxes? Very helpful. If Final Crisis was more generous on telling you what the hell is going on like this arc was, then maybe I wouldn't mind sloshing through it. I'm a little worried that the download for issue #7 is just. Not going to work. The file won't read. I'm going to redownload it and see if it was just a fluke, but. Dangit. :| How can I resist Supergirl with a Flashdance headband. It makes me want to break out my Jericho special just to read the derp narratives.
Dammit Toast I woke up at noon because I was up so late screaming with you. >:U Weird dreams were had, thank you, and no, it wasn't a bad thing. B] Keysmash-worthy arts may follow, though, and you only have yourself to blame.
There was a wonderful book in the (horrifyingly tiny) comic book section of the Barnes and Noble near school. It had production art and designs from Batman: The Animated Series. I was thumbing through it and caught a glimpse of the storyboard for the opening sequence, and my brain instantly went: I could so do this.
I could so do that. I wanna do that. I wanna be a storyboard artist, people. I don't mind having my stuff be under the radar and not polished. It'd still be integral to a production, and my name would be in the credits. I would be so very cool with that.
