That vampire movie is about a book series called Cirque De Freak, I think? It's about a boy and his friend go to a ~mysterious~ circus (for some reason I can't remember) and it ends with the boy becoming part of the circus when he's turned into a vampire. _{It also came out way before Twilight, so there should be no glowing?}
