FAOR IS THE DADDY he has had two wives one died and he was pretty broke up about that and everybody was like "Well shit there's no male heir we're screwed". But then


Leyliel got all crazy-infatuated with him, but she's totally the northwestern wind so she totally had to get him to make a contract to let her be mortal for a while. Everybody flipped their shit.


Linnet's the first daughter from another momma, who kind of can't stand this new mom and is all kinds of annoyed with how everything's gone since then.


Chemin is the baaaby and everybody was already pissed about the remarriage but this was the straw that broke the camel's back and TA DA, a fragment of the nation ceceded and moved out. GOOD JOB KID.

So where the story picks up Faor's been dead for a good ten, eleven years after the kingdom got sacked. Leyliel's contract expired with him so now she's just chillin and illin as the wind that she is. Linnet's with the remains of the nation doing her leadership thing, and Chemin was separated and ended up chilling with a freaky nation where apparently language skills aren't much of a big thing, cause he still can't talk for shit.
