Okay basically NITPICKING is short for "Name identification Terrible Pronunciation Ignorance Control Keys". It translates into "NITPICKING" because the guys who made the Avatar puppet bending videos pronounced the anime "Naruto" wrong got flocked by lots of Naruto fans. Thus the acronym. XD
