noellenoI got my schedule for Memorial Day weekend. I have been looked down upon with utmost mercy, for I shall not be working at either booth that is connected to the freeways. That is a beautiful relief. True, I'll still be at Willow rd, but that's the one like three minutes from my house, so I can have a nice break. And I'll be getting up at 5AM for it, so I'll be outta there before the barbeque-ers show up. :B Huzzah!
Still, I'd rather not see the return of the 6-2 and 2-8 shifts. It's good hours, but damn, I can't get my ass up at five in the morning for anything! It's still dark!
I just found some episodes of this anime called The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. It is so weird and good. I haven't been this interested in an anime in a long time; it's quite refreshing. Mayhaps I'll torrent it up and save it. Haven't done that in a while. :B
Well..Here's the obligitory art spam. The more I draw, the better I should get. I assume that's how it works, right? But I feel I am coming across another dry patch. =\
Exceedingly brief spatter of watercolor tool in pchat. I wanted to try to materialize my ideas for Living Rune. It came because I did this fabulous inking of it in a toller notebook. I'll have to steal the page one day. I'm incredibly mad I did it on notebook paper, because it came out far too well. Er, at least, I thought so.
Yeah, I hate how similar to those shadows from KH it looks like.
Turnaround of Page attempt #2. The first one was ruined by his godawful feet. This one was ruined by his godawful hands. I can't win! Why do you torment me, Page?!
And Kara, a new character.
Man, those turnarounds really don't do shit for the faces. =\ Also goes to show how incredibly dull my costuming is. Oh well.
More Haruhi, and then bed. For I must get up early and go to booth 9. Again. I hope the weather will be agreeable; I have no desire to be roasted in that shadeless box.
