Lol I know this is shit tonight but I'm really really tired so there. ONE MORE WEEK TILL CHOCOLATE.


I played Guitar Hero at my cousin's house today and I really don't see the appeal. AND NOT JUST CAUSE I SUCK AT IT. It just got really old really fast.

But little Makayla was kind of into it. Only because she wanted to hold the stupid guitar and not let anyone else have it.


Also I swear I don't know what was wrong with me but I almost cried like four times during mass today during the reading of the passion and communion. Not that it's a bad thing or anything, but it was just not something I'm prone to. I'm pretty proud I can sing the Latin verses without the book, though! It makes me feel cool. I'm glad I know wtf I'm singing now, too.

Nuns from the Sisters of Divine Mercy were at the church, too, with St. Faustina stuff. They brought a first class relic and all that and I WISH I coulda stayed for their talk and touch it but ahfjiosdkl family gathering. I did get a really decent 8x10" print of the painting, which happily sits in my room.

AND DEACON KEN WAS THERE. OH DEACON KEN, I MISSED YOU AND YOUR PROPS. PLEASE BRING MORE FARM EQUIPMENT TO AID YOUR HOMILIES.

...And I think this one kid I went to gradeschool with did the readings today and it...wasn't that good. I think I should just sign up to be a lector if I'm going to get nitpicky about how to read a sentence lol.

i have long been conflicted between the desire to name my daughter "kyrie eleison" because "kyrie" is so pretty and i like that it means "god have mercy," and thinking that "eleison" is a pretty stupid-sounding middle name. :( but i don't know if i could get away with shortening it to "kyrie elise" or something.
