Yeah so the only things I know about Namor the Sub-Mariner come from the little Marvel cartoons on Newgrounds. Yeah. Lmao. I don't follow Marvel that well.

So, my car's in the shop, and I took Dad's truck to work instead. And it decides to stop holding an idle just like my car did in the same parking lot. Why. Why did this happen. Why can I not have a car that functions.

Either way, I had to do some fancy break/gas pedal junk to get things rolling, and the rest of my shift went fine after that.


After that Nick and I went to Pizza Papalis and had delicious gourmet deep dish, then went to the music store nearby and meandered around for forty minutes or so, pining over different albums and such, until we just agreed we'd rather spend our money on comic books instead.

So we went to the comic store! And I got some more Deadpool, seeing as I'm determined to read it all. I was going to get Invincible, but issue 1 wasn't there. 8| Nick got some Iron Fist and the new Wolverine Origins installment (for Deadpool--can we see a trend here?).

There was some Legion of Superheroes there that I almost bought. Almost.


My 'toller tan' is kicking off. Sunburn on my left arm. No aloe. Owwww.

But I'm still glad it's unseasonably chilly.
