I did a pretty spankin' good job shaving my legs today.

Also today I got into a pool for the first time in like six years. I can't push off the fucking wall oh my God. I hope that tomorrow's visit with the physician helps me with these damn knees of mine. I managed to do...uh. 150 meters before having to get out and go get ready for work but Jesus, I am so out of shape.

"What the hell are you doing?!"

Iore gaped in horror and disgust at the dusted, neat rows of books and paper. All the clothing and bedding was folded carefully in piles, and the drapes, oh. The drapes were open, letting light shaft in and leave a big, bright square on the floor.

Finishing the tie to keep the drapes in place, Hannah turned and looked down at the tanned boy. She blinked.

"What do you mean?"

Iore flailed his arms around wildly. "This! This!"

"I'm just cleaning it up a lit-"

"No! You...You ruined the system!"

Hannah squinted. "What system? It was a mess..."

"It was a system! I knew exactly where everything was! I'll never find anything again ever!"

"What do you mean? Now everything is in view!"

"You don't understand anything you stupid woman," Iore growled, stomping over to the stack of folded clothes and slapping it into disarray with such vigor it made the woman cringe. He huffed, flopping facefirst onto the bed.

After a moment's pause, Hannah strode over and sat down beside him. She leaned down to his ear.

"It's all dusted up now," she whispered. Getting nothing but a muffled mumble in response, she smiled and went on. "And all of your books are in one place, so it won't be too hard to find the ones you need."

Iore grumbled, trying to smother the red out of his face, and she laughed, putting a hand on his head and petting his hair.

"You're welcome."
