First of all

I LAUGHED out loud for reals when I got to this page. THEN I gave a sigh of relief. Issue 1 wasn't as Deadpooly as I'd hoped, but this gives me hope that Daniel Way may be able to do this. Maybe! But aaah this was refreshing. Issue 3 is the final in this little Secret Invasion tie-in, so after that maybe it'll be back to our regularly-scheduled mayhem. I hope! WITH BOB.

K so Booster and Beetle are long-time buddies who had most of their fun in the old Justice League International. I know at one point they took JLA funds and set up a casino and Batman was pissed or something. I can't find that issue. 8|

So anyway I finally read Infinite Crisis, which I've been meaning to get for A FEW MONTHS NOW? It's keeping with my tradition of "reading important things in DCU 2+ years after their relevance". I enjoyed it. It was actually pretty easy to follow, compared to this Final Crisis hoohah going on. Maybe that's because it's all collected or...OR I KNOW WHO THESE CHARACTERS ARE?

But really most of all I just felt for Earth-Two Superman and...and Jesus Christ Power Girl's boobs could not be any bigger seriously. It was distracting.

...No I didn't get it because that's the origin of Jaime Reyes Blue Beetle what.

and yeah, i'm waiting to final crisis to be collected into one or two or three pretty volumes so that i may purchase and read all at once. instead of sit here all WTF.

Yeah I think that'll be the battle plan here, too, becaues after the Requiem issue for Martian Manhunter (*SOB*) I just..no idea what is going on.

oh, i wept (not really) over connor. i liked him. i felt bad for tim. :[ everything he touches dies. :D

i haven't actually ever tried reading final crisis. i looked at them randomly and knew that it wasn't worth it until it's actually done.

yeah, it scares me. i read forums about what's going on. and it confused me even more.

probably, but i don't actually like red devil, he's hard for me to stomach. but when jaime is there, he makes it a lot better. i think it's because my first exposure to kid/red was when he was being really whiny and making things worse. :|
