1. What did you do in 2005 that you'd never done before?
Graduated from high school, played Rampart, gone to prom, gotten a 4.0

2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I don't think I did, but I think I'm abstaining from a few things this new year.

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
My cousin Sarah had Mikayla Christina Laurain, and she's a remarkable girl

4. Did anyone close to you die?
I'm not sure when, but little baby Kylie died for an unknown reason

5. What countries did you visit?
Canada!

6. What would you like to have in 2006 that you lacked in 2005?
A more open personality

7. What date from 2005 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
Hmm...Probably that date to Pizzapapalis with Steve

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
4.0, baby. I hope that can last.

9. What was your biggest failure?
Missing church for a few weeks

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
My annual strep throat D: And my arthritis was beginning to stiffen my left leg. :0 But it's okay now.

11. What was the best thing you bought?
My iBook and iPod :0

12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
Steve deserves a freakin' medal of honor for dealing with my hangups. XD

13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
Phil, who has become a kid who does nothing but stay at home and play video games. It saddens me.

14. Where did most of your money go?
Movies and comic books XD

15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Toronto! And getting out of high school.

16. What song will always remind you of 2005?
"Let the Good Times Roll," by the Cars. The class song!

17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
i. happier or sadder? I'm happier
ii. thinner or fatter? A couple pounds bigger
iii. richer or poorer? Poor! No job bringing in money!

18. What do you wish you'd done more of?
Studying for that damn math competency test

19. What do you wish you'd done less of?
Procrastinating

20. How will you be spending Christmas/Hanukah?
I spent it at home with just my immediate family. Then the wednesday after I had a big gathering of friends, just like old times.

21. What was the most embarrassing thing that happened to you in 2005?
We were doing this exercise in acting where you pick a partner and "make friends" until the instructor freezes us and picks one group to continue. Then it's switched to "make enemies" and you fight till, yeah. Well, I got picked, and I thought it was a switch, so I started insulting instead of making nice. No one really gave a crap, but my hat went over my face, haha.

22. Did you fall in love in 2005?
I'm not sure how to fully define that word yet

23. How many one-night stands?
Nahhh, none

24. What was your favorite TV program?
Ah, hell. Teen Titans.

25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?
I don't hate people; I hate what they do or say

26. What was the best book you read?
Ragtime, by E.L. Doctorow. Good stuff!

27. What was your greatest musical discovery?
Jumbo, Coldplay, Ella Fitzgerald

28. What did you want and get?
A book on superheroes :D

29. What did you want and not get?

30. What was your favorite film of this year?
The Producers!

31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
I turned 18 that day, and my friends at school really surprised me and made it the best birthday ever. Christina got me a lot of wonderful things like incense and lotion, and Gene gave me a pretty necklace. The rest just decided to be nice to me, and tease me a little less. :P

32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
A better damn grip on math!

33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2005?
Before Toronto: blacks and blues. After Toronto: blacks, blues, browns, and golds, and anything earthy and bohemian

34. What kept you sane?
The same thing as every year: my dad and my art

35. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
Gene Wilder

36. What political issue stirred you the most?
Abortion

37. Who did you miss?
Kirsten and Leeann, but I think I'm out of mind =\

38. Who was the best new person you met?
Acquilla and Cukeyra! My unofficial official roomies. :D

You can't always go it alone





So, yeah, my friends and I really know how to party it up hardcore on New Year's. We played Risk. XD
