Work was...worky. Ehh, but the sun wasn't as fierce as forecasters had me believing, so that's a good thing. Dinner was eh, but then Dad was like HAY YOU WANNA DO SOMETHING LET'S GO SEE IRON MAN 2!! And I was like WOT R U SRS YEAH I WANNA!! because seriously how many times has my dad wanted to go see a dorky comic movie with me without me having to force him or nagnagnagnag him into going?? Happy surprises.
It was very fun, but very anti-climatic. But the fun outweighed overall, so we cool, Iron Mang. We cool.

And the new Blue Beetle, Jaime Reyes (who debuted during Infinite Crisis), will play a role in this new team. Winick teases that he would like to see Booster and Blue Beetle have a similar partner dynamic.
"As a fan and in this case as a writer, I like the idea of Booster Gold and Blue Beetle back together again — someone else running around wearing the togs and sporting the name — so that's part of the plan," Winick says. "I like this interpretation of the Blue Beetle a lot — I love him and the scarab and the living suit that talks to him. The idea about this teenager meets Greatest American Hero meets Iron Man, it feels very original, and there's fun stuff there."
