Viyle Trin is the Anduist HOW NEAT HEY IT'S THE GUY THAT CHEMIN'S STORY IS NAMED AFTER. Hm.
He helped Chemin "anchor" himself to mortality. Derp. Stuff happens.
And this. This is what took my evening away!
Long story short? Bristol vellum paper rules hardcore and I need to use it more. Just...at a scannable size. :'| Alas, poor Harlock legs, I knew ye well (no I did not Liefeld copout on purpose it was the scanner). Anywho, I bought a tablet of 20 sheets of a smaller size, so maybe that'll help (though it's fun to ink on a larger scale). Maybe I'll even uh. Comic a little. NOT NANOMANGO AHAHHA NO ARE YOU NUTS but. Hey.
I had the idiotic notion that I could give Legion of Superheroes a shot! AHAHA NO. The new Legion title comes with an afterthought note from the writer suggesting readers check the dccomics forums and ask other readers how the hell anything in continuity makes sense. That's a bit too much homework for me. I think I'll pass on collecting this one and remain in general ignorance to the nuances of the 31st century DCU.
AND HEY, NEMESIS'S 4-ISSUE RUN ALMOST MADE SENSE. K-KIND OF. S...ORT OF? I...
I DON'T KNOW SOBS.
And Great Ten #8 was surprisingly badass. The Shaolin Robot is amazing ok. WHY DOES NOBODY READ THIS?? THERE'S AN ARCHER WHO CAN SHOOT BRIDGES TO THE MOON AND TURN THE SUN OFF AND A DOCTOR THAT CAN CURE CANCER WITH A WHISTLE. WHAT DO YOU PEOPLE EVEN WANT. *FLIPS BATMAN AND OTHER TITLES
Annndndndnnd uhh. So there's promos for Lex Luthor in the Agent Orange garb. Hm. Idk. Could be funtimes?
Brightest Day needs to start being interesting pretty soon s'all I'm sayin'. It should've just been an entire issue of Aliveman vs Anti-Monitor (a character that needs some serious retiring like rn by the way).
