I am a very lucky girl who is very spoiled on a lot of things and I very much doubt that I am as gracious as I truly ought to be about it all. I think a lot of people think the same way about themselves, too, or perhaps not! That could be me just fishing for familiarity. IT DOESN'T MATTER.

In any case, these are very important things I am both blessed and grateful to have in my life, and their position listed by no means denotes rank. I just can't smash everything into one big super word.

I am grateful for the role that God has played and continues to play in my life, the family that supports and truly loves me as I am, the roof over my head and food on the table, the friends that I have both near and far, the hands I have and the body I have and the abilities I have, all the people that have ever given me an encouraging or discouraging word, all the things I've gotten to see/read/do/listen to/taste/touch/smell, all the walks I've ever taken with the grace to have legs that can carry me there, all the times I've ever looked up and found something beautiful there, all the kind mornings I've woken up to after nights of fears and tears, and all the breath I've ever taken and will take for however long I've got here.

really like the expressions i see you focusing more on them *sees

lowering the opacity on the brush gives them a more dynamic and watercolory (softer) feel that i think works better when you keep the brush a little thicker! i approve
