At last!

Doubles as a response to Drisa's challenge from the meme.
The last one I did didn't have the weight or struggle I wanted conveyed, so I switched up the positions of both figures. The dragon looks heavier now, and it just makes Hubert cooler. Also, my dragons always come out so...not dragony. They end up looking like glorified dinosaurs. XD Oh well.
I'm not sure whether I want to pursue this with multiple weighted pencils, or go in and ink the thing. =\ I'm greatly leaning towards the pencils, since I've been itching to do some serious value work with them ever since Drawing II ended.


Fast Times at Ridgemont High is on. XD Spicoli is completely retarded. But the movie still wins hard.

Holy shit, hi, I'm slightly in love with this. The poses of both are really cool - you can tell the bastard's heavier; there's a lot of straining going on for Hubie-boobie. I love the shape of the dragon's head too - and hey, it's not like there's any sort of definition for how you're supposed to draw those, given how they uh, don't exist and all.

I second the idea to go with lots of pencils! That'd give you more chance to detail the shit out of that dragon. ♥
