Gahh the weather was perfect (and apparently I am forced to enjoy it within the confines of a tollbooth box, but I digress); the clouds were very textured and fluffy and the sky was quite.........blue? Wow, you expected otherwise? D:
I got eerily sick last night. Woke up shaking heavily for some reason and spend a good time in the bathroom to no avail. Wtf, body. You want me to vomit? Come ON then. It was weird and dumb and wasted a good hour that I could have had sleeping.
Anyway, lots of fun Indian people came to the booth today, and I got to enjoy their accents. A cranky Brit came as well, and growled and grumbled at me as she shelled out her money to get in. Jeesh. I love how people get mad at me for the toll charge that I didn't set! :D
So yah.
Displayed in an order of least- to most-refined.

Playing around with Ranger's outfit, and made the falcon smaller. Oh jeez I can't even remember the bird's name. Wtf.

Gave Golden Bullet a new hairstyle, but the outfit's pretty much the same. REVEL IN MY AMAZING BLOBS FOR HANDS. :D I can't be bothered to draw fingers in a sketch, are you kidding me?

And Trevis needed a new outfit. I can never decide what he should have, and it's almost always in grey. Well, I'm thinking burnt umbers and dark browns and maybe navy. I also decided against sleeves, because it spoils all the fun of having marked arms. He looked a lot less angsty in the sketch; perhaps my inking of the eyebrows demanded he look all "D:" as usual.

Stillllllll working on it. Stilllll having fun. It's going to take a long time to get all the values regulated, but right now I kinda just want to have them THERE. The draggy's neck looks pretty neat; er, at least I think. And I'm going to try to figure out those feet and how to make them not look..bored. XD As Vee mentioned, and I totally see. Lookit, Hubie casts shadow on the tree! :0
Myarrrr, I'm tired of being tired in the evening. Stupid work schedule. But I got nothin but morning shifts this week for the sake of our two-car issue. I wonder when we'll see the van again. If we ever do. I still have to return that Proposal A book to Mr. Hosler, and it is currently IN the van, along with my purple sunglasses. Boooo.

Date: 2006-06-08 04:39 pm (UTC)Ranger's looking good! And the falcon is so adorable ;.; god, you're so good at poses. Damn you :E
Golden Bullet's smile creeps me out XD; she looks like she's daring anyone to take her on. Really neat :3
Aww, Trevis looks so troubled... and handsome, too e.e oo, I like that outfit. Very much :D
... oh, the shading e.e;; so so good. I envy your penciling skillz, I do. It's looking amazing so far! And btw, I do think Vee's suggestion'd work out well, compositionally. It'd definitely make the draggie look more menacing, and would fit better with Hubie's tension *nod*
