noellenoMan, I don't even know. I spent the whole day just...doing nothing. Thinking, listening to music, doing laundry, thinking...Thinking sucks. This whole college thing has me a bit off my game. It shouldn't, really. All I gotta do is just do a bit of lookin' around and see what colleges can give me what I want. Mom suggested the College for Creative Studies.
I don't know. I mean, she's right. They accepted my portfolio right out of high school (and believe me, it was a very weak one), and I AM doing a whole lot better since then, but...God. Everyone who goes there is SO good. Like, almost stomach-churningly so. I've seen their work in the halls, their student exhibitions...It's a lot of damn pressure. Should also be a good thing, but it also scares the bajeezus outta me.
And hell if I'm going to State. Dude, Tim's already got me petrified of it. XD I haven't heard ANYTHING about an art program over there anyway. It might be University of Michigan instead. I mean, that wouldn't be so bad. Ann Arbor is a wonderful city--a lot more pedestrian friendly than Detroit is, for sure. And there's that anime store up there I'd be consistently raiding. And there's Briarwood...So I mean, if I could somehow get in there, that might not be so bad, right? It is a big time school. Not as great as CCS art-wise, but..not as amazingly pricy, either, I don't think.
Dammit dammit, why did you have to do this to me, Wayne State? I can't think about this now. I have a test to fail in math on Tuesday. And a test in Psych to fail because I don't have all the supplements. Gahh. At least I'm doin' okay in Drawing and German, yeah? Fgsfds
