Visited gramma at the nursing home. Lots of strange feelings came forth from that, and at dinner tonight, Daddy said, "Don't put me in one of those places--smother me instead."
Anyhow.

Basics
1) What's your character's name?
Stephen "Little Stevie" Ingleheim
2) How old is he/she?
9
3) Is your OC a boy or girl?
Boy
4) What's his/her race
Cat mix
Appearance
1) If this character were to suddenly become part of the 3D world, and ended up in a heavily-populated area, how many stares would he/she get?
Plenty. Unless he was at a furry convention.
2) Is your character considered normal in his/her own world?
Very overlookable.
3) What would be his/her most recognizable feature(s)?
Fluffy tail and big mouth.
4) Would you consider your OC attractive?
Cuddly-cute
Personality
1) Temper?
Doesn't take much to get him flying off the handle. He doesn't like it when things don't go his way. Very...well, childish in aspects.
2) Does your character ever get depressed?
There's no time! Holidays get him down, though.
3) Leader or Follower?
He practically lives to hassle people till he gets what he wants.
4) What is the main aspect of his/her personality?
Very brash, honest, and ambitious. He has big dreams, and isn't ashamed to share it.
History
1) Did your OC have a family of any sort? If so, are they still alive?
He lives in the East Precinct Home for Orphans and Underprivalaged Children/EPO for short.
2) Is your character out on his/her own? If so, why?
He can be seen that way, since he is always running around alone, and has no family. But he has a hangout that supplies him with plenty family-like figures. Too bad a jazz club can't adopt.
3) Has he/she encountered any traumatizing events?
Nothing mind-boggingly traumatic. The EPO does what they can to keep him out of any sort of trouble.
4) What was probably the best time in his/her life so far?
Going to Rosco's after work every night, and getting to spend Christmas with Ellis and his family.
Romance
1) Single?
Indeed.
2) Has your OC developed any romantic relationships?
He's still in his "girls are gross" stage.
3) Virgin?
I SURE HOPE SO.
4) Does your character like flirting?
Girls are icky.
Symbolism
1) What animal would you associate your OC with? (Sorry, no creatures of myth and legend allowed!)
...A kitten. ._.
2) Musical Instrument?
Trumpet, for the inability to ignore its LOUDNESS.
3) Element?
Uh. Fire?
Showing the Love
1) Do you draw your character?
I totally just did today.
2) Do you write about him/her?
Not yet. Perhaps not ever.
3) Do you use him/her in any rpgs?
Nope.
4) What other ways have you appreciated your OC?
I just drew him? And I gave him a newsboy hat.
RANDOMIZE!
1) Is your character wanted for anything?
The matron if the EPO will skin his hide next time he feeds his greens to the rabbit he snuck in.
2) What are three weaknesses in him/her?
He's difficult to negotiate with, and even if you CAN cut a deal with the kid, he's not going to even pretend to be happy about it. He is scared of being abandoned, and like most of the kids in the EPO, has a very grim outlook on the future, despite his strongest wishes.
3) Strengths?
Stevie is a lyrical genious. He can come up with rhymes right on the spot, and can throw them right into a song. Good luck trying to goad him into it, you have to bribe him with candy or cake to get him to comply willingly. He's a very resiliant boy, and can take harsh words fairly well from strangers, even if he does get mad. He doesn't let it ruin his day for long. He has a talent for persuasion, be it through the cute-kid-puppy-lip or through almost incessant goading.
4) Does your OC drink or smoke (ect.)?
He'd get a whoopin' if he was caught. But Rosco lets him have a sip of brandy on New Years.
5) What's one quirk about him/her?
He's very ticklish and squeaks if you poke him in the sides.
6) Does your character have any phobias?
Abandonment, and never getting adopted.
7) What could you do to get him/her into a blind rage?
Being ignored.
8) Does your OC like chickens?
It's deliiicioussss.
The Final Question
What would you consider your relationship with your character to be like?
I think I'd get so tired of listening to him I'd try to shove him on someone else. But he's so easily sedated by music, that I think I can handle him if there's a radio in the room. He's a sweetie, and just a good boy who hasn't had the best of luck. Things're gonna look up for him, though. He's got the regulars at Rosco's, and'll soon get found out by a few big stars.
I made Stevie a while ago when I was compiling character ideas for a makeshift 20s-30s New York City-esque place for Ellis's home world. Very early Broadway. Stevie's name is a cheap knockoff of Stephen Sondheim, which is why he's a bit lyrical, haha. I figure he's gonna find a nice teacher named Hester something-stein. Because if I'm going to have a Sondheim reference, there's going to be a Hammerstein reference as well.
I got the most useless comment on Stevie, when I submitted him. "Interesting, I'm not into cat/humans but whatever floats your boat." OKAY?
Anyhow.
