Okay. Now to things more than three people will understand.
It was so. Effing. Cold today. Well, maybe it really wasn't, but the wind sure as hell made it rotton! I long for gloves and earmuffs. But yeah, coldness. Not a good day for a long walk, but I had to take one in order to get to the museum of African-American history. It was hella worth it, though; that museum is effing AMAZING. The exhibits were intense. Like, each pivitol period had its own room. So there was a room for the early origins and ancient Nubia and all that, and there was a room for the boat ride to America, and then you went downstairs from that room, and you went into this dark corridor designed like the lower level of a boat and all these eerily realistic mannequins of slaves smashed together. And there was recorded sounds of the boat moving, and moaning and crying and vomitting and man, it was horrifying. I really held back from running out of there; the figures were so realistic. SHUDDER.

But yeah, they did a really awesome room for Black Bottom in Detroit; so there was a jazz bar and a record store and a barber shop with the sounds of gossip or music and what have you. It was insanely cool. I will definitely be going back there for a second round.

Anywho, my drawing class was cancelled today! That makes me so very happy! The way these days are becoming so short, I'm scared to stay in class the full time, because by the time it's over, it's almost black as pitch! Not fun.

And dude, Coldplay is so coming to the Palace in February. And tickets are so on sale on Saturday. And Steve is so using his credit card. I hope. Please? PRETTY PLEASE? I wanna see them. Acquilla's willing to pitch in cash to go, too. How sweet would that be?! Coldplay as my first concert experience. Rock on.

Uhhhr. Oh, yeah. Restarted FFX in hopes of maybe, you know, being convinced the game doesn't suck balls. So far, none too impressed. Tidus is such a bitch.
